The owners are commited to :
- answering availability requests within 24 hours
- If their property is not available, they are committed to communicating the request to other owner members with similar properties.

- Offering a service of quality, whether on the phone, the internet or in person.
- Offering brochures and city maps.
- Welcoming new guests with a drink or a small gift when they arrive.
- Providing household linen (sheets and towels)
- Doing their utmost to make their guests’ stay pleasant and sharing moments with their guests if they wish (dinners, shopping, venues)
